Ron Jones is a best selling author, speaker, coach and entrepreneur who has developed sales leaders in Insurance, Real Estate and the Mortgage field for over 40 years.
Ron has a strong track record of recruiting thousands of agents as well as training and developing sales leaders with Fortune 100 companies. He received the honor of being named in the top 1% of recruiters at his company for 11 years straight.
Now, he’s sharing his knowledge and wants to help brokers and agents across the country to build and develop their own teams. One of his foundational beliefs is that it is most important to train and retain your most talented team members.
He is excited and blessed to be able to work with sales teams across the country to help them change lives for themselves and their clients. Ron has helped agents that struggle with making sales, to earn upper five figures in 90 days or less and on a consistent basis following his simple process..

Wesley Peden Bio
Wesley Peden is serving as our Chief Marketing Officer. He has a degree in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University, and he brings with him over a decade of experience in technology, automation, and marketing. We are privileged to have him as a part of the RL Virtual Marketing Team.
During his years in the industry, Wesley has successfully driven growth for companies in a wide range of industries. He is known for his ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that generate real results. Wesley’s skills go beyond marketing; since he also has a strong technical background he has a unique perspective on how to drive growth for our clients.
When Wesley isn’t working or spending time with his family, he enjoys volunteering with the youth ministry at his church and performing on stage with the local community theater.

Jo Hausman is our Chief Sales Officer. She is an international best selling author x2, inspirational speaker, entrepreneur, coach and sales trainer.
Jo is a highly energetic and passionate leader who helps people transform their lives through coaching and training them on how to grow their businesses through sales. She has expert knowledge in the insurance, mortgage and real estate industry. Jo has been a successful sales agent and real estate investor.
Jo is very active in her community, she served as a city council alderwoman and recently concluded an 8 year tenure as vice president of the council. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteer work and sits on several local boards of directors. She is an active participant in her church and loves to give back to her community.
